BAAT -Bulgarian association for alternative tourism

The purpose of the association is to unite tourist packages or separate services, defined as alternative of the massive tourist product by the way it is offered. Alternative forms of tourism include: village, eco and mountain tourism. Created on 31.01.1998, BAAT unites over 90 members: non-government organizations and regional associations in the field of tourism, ecology and entrepreneurship, tour operators, hotels, etc. Ravnogor is a member of BAAT since 2005, with the mayor of the village Kostadin Petrov Tinev being the only representative.
