With order 1614 from 12.05.1911 from the ministry of culture was open the first community center in Ravnogor .It was named ’23 April’ with chairman the teacher Nikola Andonov. The local people take part in recitals and produce plays. With the library and cinema it becomes the cultural center of Ravnogor. Local amateurs produced dozens of plays from Bulgarian and European authors. In the moment the community center is with rebuild building and full of books. It works everyday with a chairman Maria Spasova.
