The Thracian hills

There are 3 mountains in which the civilizations are created – these are ‘Tibet’ in Asia , Macho Pickcho in America and the Rhodopi mountain in Europe . In the Rhodopes from Perpirikon to Ravnogor is created the Thracian civilization. In the land of the village lived the tribe ‘besi’, evidence for which are left thanks to over 30 Thracian sanctuaries and tombs, one of which is the biggest tombs in Bulgaria with 5,30 meters in diameter. She was researched by pr. Georgy Kitov in 1987 and was found a gold treasure that today can be founded in the national historical museum in Sofia. The hills are located 1,5m from the village in a flat part, where one can go with a car. Many of them still are not researched.
